  1. This was a lot harder than I thought it would be. I did the first round too fast, and never got my breath back. 95# squats, knee pushups.

    1) 2:25
    2) 3:50
    3) finished pushups, no run, just in time for
    4) 7 squats, 10 pushups, 4:30.

  2. 2:16, 2:36…and then…4:00, 5:10 @135

    2:55, 3 something; then switched to run around building – 4 something, 5 something

  4. WOD: 2:57, 3:10, 3:26, 3:32
    (77#- stuck relatively light to keep it under 4 minutes)

  5. 2:56, 3:05, 3:28, 4:06 @111# with 10 true push ups per round sub

  6. 3:09, 3:33, 2:54, 2:50 (200m last two rounds)

  7. 2:53, 2:55, 3:11, 3:20 (79#, 10 strict PUs)

  8. 3:07, 3:26, 3:02, 3:54. Third run was around building, otherwise 400s. 65#FS, 1/2 and 1/2 pushups/knee pushups.

    1. Worked up to a 2xSnatch @ 135# focusing on form. I am one disjointed fella, it seems.

    2. BS: 200 x 3 , 190 x 3, 180 x 3

    10 T2B, a handstand walk, some crazy band stretch that had me squatting on all fours, etc. Thanks Elizabeth!

  16. Up at the Goshen Cabin – yes, I brought barbells, plates, KBs, and rings to the woods!
