    1. Misunderstood the WOD. I only did 5 Power Snatches, 2 OHS and 10 Burpees per round for a total of 15 PS, 6 OHS, and 30 Burpees. Were we supposed to do 2 OHS after each snatch?

  12. Hiked 7.5 miles with Finn on my back with a bunch of other crap in there that added up to about 50# – up over 2000′ vertically to 3200′ on Jump Rock above the Maury River outside of Goshen. Amazing view from up there – it was a Confederate lookout post in the Civil War.
