  10. I had the awesome opportunity to drop-in to Trident Crossfit…ridiculous facility and awesome people! If you are ever in the Alexandria, Va area, make it a point to drop in.

    Strength:
    Push Press – 10,8,6 at 175#

    WOD:
    3rds – 400m run, 10 lateral box jumps at 24″ (5 on each side), 15 KB sumo high pulls, 20 T2B – 12:36…I should have gone sub 12 but had to take a few seconds to gather myself and keep my lunch down….never eat Mexican within 2 hours of a WOD…NEVER!

  11. Saturday. Sore back, taking it easy. 3 rounds plus 565M row, Rx.

  12. 2 rounds + 2 burpees
