  6. Worked on snatches and C&J beforehand for about 30 minutes, playing with my 1RM:
    Snatch: 46 kg (PR by about 0.5 kg)
    C&J: 57 kg (tied previous 1RM)

    WOD: 9:15 @110# with regular PUs

  7. 8:53 (DB squat clean thrusters 30#, C2B)

  8. WOD: 11+ @ 125# (split jerk). Mostly just kipping chin over bar pullups.

  11. 16:03 rx… push jerks for first 12 reps or so.
