  2. After viewing Elizabeth’s numbers I was reluctant to post mine. But, here they are anyway:
    BS: 89, 111, 116, 121, 126
    SP: 79, 84, 89, 94, 99,104* (PR +4#)
    1000m Row: 4:18

    1. Don’t compare your numbers to other people’s, just your past self! I notice you have added 11# to your backsquat double in just a little over a month, and back then that was WITHOUT the 3-second pause!!!

    10 dumbbell back squats with 2×50# – 3 second pause at bottom
    10 30# weighted back extensions

    The pause is not a lot of fun, even at this light weight!

    No shoulders today, trying to cure my left arm from falling asleep all the time…

    Shoulder press hasn’t gone up in over a year and my shoulders feel dead, so I have no idea how that happened. Pretty psyched, though. 🙂
