    1. excellent article, thanks Chris! I, myself, have switched to mostly doing Russian swings (but heavy) instead of overhead swings, even though I do not necessarily lack the mobility, and am very happy about it. The redirected focus to the mechanical foundations of the swing itself has been quite beneficial…. and tiring.

    2. Total agreement, especially for those just starting out!

      On a side note: heavy Russian swings (when done properly) will definitely make you sore the next day 🙂
