  3. Was very sad to just watch a video in which a woman explained how to do the DL and Single Leg DL… with a suggested weight of 5 lbs in each hand for both.

    Le sigh

  4. SLDL: one set@ 95#, then 4@67# (balancing is hard!)
    WOD: 6:04, box dips, 15, 12, 9 subbed runs around building for rowing. Got through about 5 dips without assistance first round, then 3 the second, then none the third. Had to have toe on ground to get full range of motion but tried not to take too much weight off…

    That’s the most ring dips I’ve ever done/attempted to do Rx, so I hit muscle failure pretty quickly. Some might not have been FROM, but I’ll take it.
