    SD: 50KG
    BS: 105KG I need to have my high bar position looked at. This was painful.
    Skipped abs due to on-ramp

    PS: 80# (~36 kg)
    SD: 72# (~33 kg)
    Ab work: 3 rds of: 8 strict toes to bar, 30 abmat situps

    (Did 5×5 backsquat yesterday so skipped that)

    None of these are great for me, still getting back into it and getting used to the altitude!
