    WOD: 3rds plus 100m (I finished four, but it was about 30 seconds over time) Really struggled with rope climbs for some reason. I could do them last week, this week couldn’t figure out what to do with my feet, so it was almost all upper body. Weird. I blame the rope…

    WOD 5 rds plus 75m. I touched about the middle of the I beam. T-Rex arms dont stretch to the top without scaring me.

  4. good mornings up to 187#, alternated with eight sets of 10 sec uphill sprints

  6. Good mornings: up to 75#. Although I prefer to call them “cat in heat position”.
    WOD: 4 rounds (sadly, I did not find a Tom cat prowling near the dumpster)
