    WOD: 5:51 (80# PC and rb Ring Dips)
    *Compare to 5:28 on 1/2/12 but with 62# PC and bb Ring Dips.
    I also found out after the workout that there are lighter bands than the red ones, so that’s where I’ll go next time.

    2. Ditto what Lex said! Also you can try using just half the red band for dips to increase the difficulty level (or just go ahead and try the purple/yellow band)

    WOD: 6:38 @95 # (4 pounds lighter than Jan but faster)

    WOD: 4:11 at 55# with box dips (up 10 lbs from jan)

  15. Did it at north grounds. (have had a really bad schedule this past month and have been delinquent in getting to the box)
    Just around 11 mins. So 5 mins slower than Jan but did it with 95# and dip negatives (compare to 65# and bench dips). Pretty happy with the Rx weight, just need to string more together now.
