Scaled to the max….
6 rds in 20 minutes of: 4 burpee pull-ups, 55# thrusters, KTC. (I did two rounds of 7 burpee pu and 65# thrusters, then dropped down. Also, had a couple of T2B and then K2E before giving up and just trying to lift my feet off the floor…)
Muscle Up – (jumping), 115 Thruster, T2B – 5 rds + 7 MU.
May you Rest in Peace my Brother in Arms. It was an honor to do this workout in recognition for your sacrifice.
5 rounds plus 5 MUs
MUs (jumping), Thrusters @65#(2), 55#(3), T2B rx
4 rds plus 7 thrusters (7burpee/7pullup w/ bb, 65# thruster, knees to chest)
5 rds plus 3 t2b with burpee jumping pull-ups instead of mu’s and 67# on the thrusters. BJPU were not lovely to look at, and t2b’s were not all rx.
6 rounds plus 7 burpee ring rows
first 4 rounds: burpee pull-ups, thrusters at 55#, T2B rx
last 2 rounds: burpee ring rows, thrusters at 35#, T2B rx
5 rounds plus 2 T2B w/ 67#, pink band dips and ring pulls w/feet on box, rx T2B
(by mistake did 14 on two sets of thrusters…yuck)
I did the same thing- one round with 14 thrusters. Sometimes I feel like I need to hire someone to keep count for me.
so unfair!!
This was truly Hero-worthy. Tried the first attempt at 155 and realized immediately it was a horrible idea. 135 was still no picnic.
5 rounds + 1 muscle up @ 135#
See you at the BBQ!
95 lb thrusters, 1 rd Rx mu, the remainder burpee pull-ups – 6 rds + 7 reps.
This is what went through my head when I saw this workout posted and it did not disappoint.
