This week’s recipe features roasted chicken drumsticks courtesy of Elizabeth!
- Chicken Drumsticks
- Sea salt
Preheat oven to 350. Arrange drumsticks on a parchment lined cooking sheet and coat both sides (lightly) with salt, pepper, and paprika. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes, turning them over once half-way through. After 20 minutes, increase temperature to 400 and bake another 15 minutes until crispy. Eat and enjoy! I bake these in large batches because they’re kind of addicting.

Hey, I think I saw Elizabeth and Scott eating these in the gym yesterday! They looked delicious 🙂 I’ve also found the same cooking method works really well with turkey legs. They’re a lot bigger and take longer to cook, but they’re just as fun to eat!
