With a partner, complete the following for time:
- Farmers Carry 800 m (70/53# KB per hand)
- Double-Under x 400
- Row 2 km
Only one person working at a time.
- We will be doing a CrossFit Total on Friday, so please plan your rest or make-up days accordingly.
