Strength

Spend 10 mins building to a 1RM in the Weighted Pull-up (or Chin-up).

Compare to 9/5/12.

WOD

With a partner, complete the following for time:

  • Farmers Carry 800 m (70/53# KB per hand)
  • Double-Under x 400
  • Row 2 km

Only one person working at a time.

Notes

  • We will be doing a CrossFit Total on Friday, so please plan your rest or make-up days accordingly.
