- overhead squat (medium) 8×2
- throw weight for height (heaviest sandbag possible)
- belted sled pulls
Many of you just completed a CrossFit Total Friday or yesterday. Consider how your body feels and really assess how much rest/recovery you need today. Keep the focus on form rather than weight, eat well, sleep well, all that good stuff.

subbed deadlifts (4×8) for the sled
First strength class- so fun! Can’t remember exactly the weights I used, but went light and, as Jon suggested, tried hard to exorcise meathead tendencies. 🙂
OHS: up to 70#
