C’ville Strength Workout: Sunday 10/28

Thomas displays picture perfect prowler technique
  • 2-position clean (light) x5
  • overhead squat (medium) 8×2
  • throw weight for height (heaviest sandbag possible)
  • belted sled pulls

Many of you just completed a CrossFit Total Friday or yesterday. Consider how your body feels and really assess how much rest/recovery you need today. Keep the focus on form rather than weight, eat well, sleep well, all that good stuff.

    OHS at 90#
    throwing stuff seemed like a bad idea (yay I can put a hole in the ceiling with my medicine ball … oh wait …)
    subbed deadlifts (4×8) for the sled

  2. First strength class- so fun! Can’t remember exactly the weights I used, but went light and, as Jon suggested, tried hard to exorcise meathead tendencies. šŸ™‚
    Snatch: 55#
    Clean: 70-something?
    OHS: up to 70#
