Learn, practice, and perfect the bodyweight air squat.

WOD

“Cindy”

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

  • Pull-up x 5
  • Push-up x 10
  • Air Squat x 15

Notes

  • Compare to 4/12/12.
  • Scale pull-ups to ring rows and push-ups to knees.
  • Also consider scaling to half-Cindy: only 10 minutes.

    Felt like I crushed this one! ( Now to just sit back and watch all the 20 pluses come in.).

  5. A pretty solid PR here, only slowed down on the squats a little bit, all else unbroken.

    2. I knew that I had PR’d well on this, but not that the score was in such company until I posted it on Beyond the Whiteboard and I came up 8th on the site.

      I know that I did all the rounds I reported, and even kept track of where I was at 10, 20, and 30 rounds, all were consistent with and average of just under 2/minute.

      Butterflies are my rest, and push ups are just not hard for T-Rex.
