  • high-hang snatch 6×2 (at 80% of max hang snatch)

Congratulations to everyone on the massive PRs this weekend!  This week marks the start of a new cycle focusing on technique/confidence in the 3rd pull (i.e. you pulling yourself under the bar).  Don’t fret, we will continue to do plenty of squatting.

    8 by 2 at 60kg
    Sp: 175#
    1 and 1/4 squat at 80kg

  2. High hang snatch: 70lbs
    practiced singles at 65 and 70lbs
    Shoulder press: 62lbs new PR!!!
    Front squat: 110lbs (matched previous PR)

  3. high-hang snatch up to 70 kg
