BIG JERK.
  • snatch balance (work up to heavy double)
  • tall clean (work up quickly to heavy single)
  • high hang clean 3×3 (100% of tall clean weight)
  • bent rows 3×5 (heavy)
  • barbell ab-rolls x3 (to near failure)
