- cleans from the blocks (knee height) –> heavy single
- push press 5×5 (~60% of your max jerk)
- snatch grip RDLs 3×5 (light, suggested weights: 50kg/35kg)
- throw slam ball** for distance x3 (20#/15#)
**this movement might actually come in handy during CrossFit…

Clean From Blocks- Up to 165
Power Clean- 187# PR +2
Push Press- Up to 125 5×5
Snatch Grip RDLs- Up to 85 3×5
Block Cleans: 75 kg
Push Press: 40 kg
Snatch Grip RDLs: 40 kg
Block clean 110
Toss 20# ball 340″ ish
Tried to MacGyver some blocks out of what I had at home and was moderately successful. Only worked up to #110. Did extra hang squat cleans for fun.
Push press: 90#
Snatch grip RDL: 88#
