    never really stopped, just slow.

    1. Since starting CF it seems like I can’t go by any horizontal surface without imagining whether or not I could jump it. After today’s WOD I wanted to try for 30″, but chickened out and it bothered me. When I got out to the parking lot out front, I looked at the concrete wall next to the Moto Saloon. It looked like 30-32″ and said to myself, “You can do it, go for it.” Bam! Did it! Building Functional Fitness – You got that right. I’m sitting here now looking at our kitchen counter top. Hmmm.

      1. Ha! You’ll get that countertop one of these days!

      2. I agree, I often look at things and think “I could ____ that”, where ___ represents some crossfit movement.

    2. Worked up to 115# 1 rm (pr +4). Worked out at 105#

    WOD: 10 minutes – 3 rounds plus 7. I did 15T2B, 20 BJ each round, but I regret that. Now I can’t compare my results directly to anyone else’s. It’s not an ego thing, it’s a motivation thing for me. On the other hand, last time I did T2B, I wasn’t able to complete more than about 30 till I had to switch to tucks, so things are improving.

    Worked up to 155# successfully, only got the first C&J at 165#.
