  • Static hold on wall
  • Static hold freestanding
  • Handstand walk
  • One-arm Handstand on wall

WOD

Level 1

2 rounds:

  • Row 750 m
  • Rest the time it took to row

Level 2

3 rounds:

  • Row 1 km
  • Rest the time it took to row

Notes

  • Today you are striving for maximal aerobic power output during each interval.
