  1. Snatch: 70kg got one at 70, then failed the next 5 @ 70 🙁
    Back squat: 70, 80,80, 85, 85kg
    Press: 40kg

  2. Snatch: no blocks, did hang snatches up to 78#
    Back Squat: 135#
    Press: 65#

  3. snatch off the blocks up to 65 kg, then broke 2 boxes at 70 kg :-/
    double KB front squat up to 64 kg x 6
    various ring / handstand work

  4. Snatch: 38kg (PR)
    C&J: 51kg (PR)

  5. BS 1rm (high bar) 117kg (pr)
    SP 1rm: 49kg (pr)

  6. Snatch from the blocks up to 85kg
    3×5 bs 130kg
    5×5 strict press 60kg
    63 double unders in 2 min.

  7. Snatch from the blocks: 50 kg
    5×3 Back Squat: 80 kg
    Shoulder Press: 75 lbs
