  1. Power Cleans starting at 40KG & working up to a 1 REP PR of 100 KG.

    BN SJ starting at 40KG & working up 10KG at a time to a 1 REP PR of 120 KG. Failed at 125 KG.

    BS 5×5 @ 100 KG.

  2. power snatches up to 65 kg
    earlier today, kb clean and presses up to 70#

  3. Before class worked on weighted pistols: 2×2 @ 25 lbs, 2×1 @ 35 lbs

    Power Snatches: 47 kg
    Push Press: 40 kg
    Back Squat: 90 kg

  4. Power snatch up to 80kg
    Push press 90kg
    Squat 140kg x3 150kg x1 pr

  5. Woops, looks like I posted yesterday’s results on today’s page by accident.

    Here’s what I did today:
    Power snatch up to 65 KG (my old PR)
    No Push Press
    BS 3×3 @ 100-120-120 KG

  6. My hotel in Burma (Myanmar) has a barbell! huzzah!
    PS: 45, 50, 55, 60
    PP: 55
    BS: 65,85, 95
