    Then 8×1 C&Js at 68kg (75%)

    Clean 95kg

    Clean: 3 @ 65 kg, 3 @ 70 kg
    Good Morning: 50 kg

  5. How’d you all like those power snatches? How about those cleans? Every feel like honing in on some technique — and possibly getting stronger?   9. Still in Burma, no dropping these old rusty iron plates in my hotel gym, so I went light

    Also, I went and found the national training center for the Burmese weightlifting team yesterday.They are prepping for the Southeast Asia games next year; it was so cool to see that kind of prep in a beat up old gym but everyone throwing up big weight!
