17:57 level 2 scaled thusly: 35 ring rows (to failure), knee pushups, also pretty much to failure — form wasn’t perfect at the end, anyway.
I’ve been trying to approach these a little differently recently: go as hard as possible, with absolutely perfect form. But my form often starts to go a bit squishy as I fatigue.
APAP (as perfect as possible) should always be the goal! Bravo, Baron!
