C’ville Strength Workout: Monday 12/17

If you missed it yesterday, today is the day to max both Olympic lifts:

  • max snatch
  • max clean & jerk

Compare to November 10th’s Oly Total and November 11th’s Oly Total. If you did max yesterday, then do some recovery work:

  • foam roll / lacrosse ball myofascial release
  • long, slow row
  • sled drags / prowler pushes
  • light barbell complexes

    I am still letting go of the bar so that it lands on top of me 110 fail.

    power clean: 90 kg (kept missing 95 kg)
