Sunday Recipe: Simple Eggnog

This week’s recipe is a simple Eggnog courtesy of Jenni and Chris!

Ingredients (makes 2 servings):
  • 2 cups of Heavy Cream (or Coconut Milk)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 splash Vanilla Extract
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • In a blender combine about 2 cups of Heavy Cream and 2 Eggs. Add a splash of Vanilla Extract to taste, and blend until desired consistency.
  • Serve in a glass, and add a sprinkling of Cinnamon and Nutmeg for flavor. Enjoy!

Note: This recipe is packed full of healthy fats, and you could also add a scoop of protein powder if desired.
