This week’s recipe is a simple Eggnog courtesy of Jenni and Chris!
Ingredients (makes 2 servings):
- 2 cups of Heavy Cream (or Coconut Milk)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 splash Vanilla Extract
- Cinnamon
- Nutmeg
Directions:
- In a blender combine about 2 cups of Heavy Cream and 2 Eggs. Add a splash of Vanilla Extract to taste, and blend until desired consistency.
- Serve in a glass, and add a sprinkling of Cinnamon and Nutmeg for flavor. Enjoy!
Note: This recipe is packed full of healthy fats, and you could also add a scoop of protein powder if desired.
