Only a couple days left of 2012, and that means it’s time for reflection. Recap your entire year of training. Did you get better? Did you learn anything? Did you have fun?

We will resume C’ville Strength programming at 7pm on Wednesday, January 2, 2013. Until then, we highly recommend you grab a barbell and go squat.
