- snatch — work up to a heavy single (for the day), 75% (of HS) x 1 x 3
- back squat — work up to a heavy single (for the day), 80% (of HS) x 3 x 3
- tabata weighted planks (45#/25#)
We are starting a classic 5 week cycle that will culminate in an Oly Total and many PRs all around. You will see a lot of classic full lifts and regular squatting. We will be assigning percentage based lifts many days, so we highly encourage that you log your workouts in a journal, if you are not already doing so.
