Mobility

Bridge Push-up x 10; work on form and stretch it out.

Strength

Turkish Get-up x 10 reps total; rest as needed and go heavy.

WOD

  • Row 500 m
  • Rest 90 sec
  • Row 500 m

Record each time separately; compare to OPTathlon scores here.

Cool-down

Accumulate 2 minutes in a Plank Hold.
