AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

  • Pull-up x 5
  • Push-up x 10
  • Squat x 15

“Mary”

AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

  • Handstand Push-up x 5
  • Single-leg Pistol Squat x 10
  • Pull-up x 15

Compare to here.

Notes

  • If you have previously scored 20+ rounds on Cindy, then do Mary.
  • Scale pull-ups to ring rows or bands, and scale push-ups to knees if needed.
  • No ABMAT’s for HSPU’s; reduce the reps or do Cindy instead.

  3. Did too many HSPU with modified Cindy the other day so:

    3 rounds of:
    20 Dumbbell Walking Lunges, 100 lbs
    10 Box Jump (30 in.)s
    10 Dumbbell Squat Clean Thrusters, 100 lbs
    10 Dumbbell Swings, 50 lbs
    10 Dumbbell Push Ups

  4. Cindy
    17 Rounds + 5 Pullups

  5. Modified Cindy (kb swings-25# instead of squats, RR’s, half modified/half strict pu’s)

    Totally lost count

  6. Cindy: 20 rds + 2 pullups.

  7. Cindy: 16 rounds, almost 4 better than last time

  8. Cindy: 24 rounds

  9. Cindy 10 rds, 5 pullups, 5 pushups

    5 rounds + 5 dips

    PR by over a round from 2 months ago. đŸ™‚

  17. 12 rds + 10 push ups (gbpu + knees) (PR of only 5 pull ups and 10 push ups)
