  1. C&J- worked at 80# Failed #105
    FS- PR @ 145# or 65.9 K
    worked at #120

  2. Clean and Jerk: Worked up to 70 kg, 1×3 at 55 kg
    Front Squat: Heavy Single 77 kg, 3×3 at 62 kg

  3. C&J: Worked up to 95#, push press
    Russian deadlifts and good mornings instead of front squat (65#)

  4. C&J: 105lbs and then 80lbs for singles
    Front Squat: 125lbs new PR!!! and then 100lbs for triples
