- snatch — work up to a heavy single (for the day); 75% of that x1x5 (1 minute rest between sets)
- pause back squat — work up to a heavy triple, 3 second pause in the bottom (have someone else count), no bouncing
- barbell roll-outs — 3 sets to failure
- band pull-aparts — 3 x 10
