AMRAP in 12 minutes of:

  • Box Jump (18/12″) x 12
  • DB Push Press (30/20# per hand) x 9
  • V-up x 6

Level 2

CrossFit Games Open Workout 12.3

AMRAP in 18 minutes of:

  • Box Jump (24/20″) x 15
  • Push Press (115/75#) x 12
  • Toes-to-Bar x 9

Compare to 8/6/12 and 3/8/12.

    +17 over 8/16/12

    WOD: 6 + 10 level 2, 40# PP, KTB
    Goal-to get toes to bar!!!!!!

    1. I mean KTC not KTB!!

    WOD: 6 + 14 with 75# presses, only 9 reps each round.

  5. Did Lynne at home, pretty solid PR at 210
    28/30, 20/24, 17/22, 14/22, 13/20 – with dead hangs

    Then tonight did a 10 minute KB snatch test. 165 total w/53#
