    Clean: 90#, 95#, 100#
    FS+J: 110#

  2. Clean: 80 2×2, 85 1×3, 90 1×2
    FS + Jerk: 80 x2, missed the jerk @ 90 twice, but the FS was solid

  3. Clean:90 95 100kg
    Front squat and push press upto 100kg

  4. Cleans- 79, 89, 94
    (very undisciplined today)

  5. Clean: 92, 97, and 105lbs
    Front Squat and Jerk: 115lbs
