  1. Snatch: 60, 65, 70, missed 74 3 times, hopefully I’ll get it soon
    Back squat: 94, 100, 106, 112

  2. Snatch 65, 70, 75, and it felt good so 80.
    Squat up to 135kg slow.

  3. Snatch- 50, 55, 60- needed to be more aggresive
    Squat-80,90, 95 x1 and skipped last set d/t lower back

  4. Worked up to 60kg snatch
    High bar squat 90 kg 3×3, 100 kg 2×2, 105kg for 1 rep
