**There will be no C’ville Strength Classes this weekend due to SuperFit Charlottesville 2013 at the Boys and Girls Club. Go cheer on your fellow lifters as they compete their butts off! (And then we’ll help them squat them back on.) Classes will resume on Monday night as usual.**
