Back Squat 5-3-2 up to 90%

WOD

Level 1

3 rounds for max reps:

  • DB Squat Clean Thruster (30/20# per hand) x 1 minute
  • V-up x 1 minute
  • Rest 2 minutes

Level 2

4 rounds for max reps:

  • Squat Clean Thruster (95/65#) x 1 minute
  • Toes-to-Bar x 1 minute
  • Rest 2 minutes
