WOW! Way to go Scott!
sorrrrrt of compare to wayyyyyy back when http://crossfitcharlottesville.com/2009/10/19/tuesday-workout-thrusters-and-burpee-pullups/
60# thrusters. Nice to look back and see how far you’ve come when you have those off days!
I was doing 55#!!! This was actually my very first real wod ever (after my intro wod and foundations classes). Talk about intimidation!
11:53 100 jumping PU
WOD: 65 reps
11:43 at about 5″ reach
6:54 (Level 1.5: 50 burpee pull-ups)
WOD: 87 by 12:00 (switched locations twice and just generally botched up WOD)
85# SP… same as pr but went up easier?
6:22 WOD (50 burpee pull-ups)
WOD: 75 in 12 minutes
WOD: only got 56 reps in the 12 minute cutoff, but that bar was way up there…
10 min double under work/flail
WOD: 10:23 – 20 lb vest, pull-up bar was low/I was tall so no jumping
WOD: 75 in 12:00. Finished 100 in about 15…
WOD: 74 in 12:00
Level Lex (50 burpee pullups)
a slow, but steady pace. Lunge out, chin up grip (forced external rotation).
AND no rips at all, which is a huge plus
126# sp: new pr
13:00, l2 on low bar
