Congrats to Scott Linton for winning the Men’s RX Division at SuperFit Charlottesville this past weekend! Tiffany, Taylor, Kevin, and Martha also scored top 10 finishes in their divisions!

Build to a heavy single Strict Standing Press, attempting a PR if able.

WOD

Level 1

For time (ideally the bar is at arm’s reach):

  • Burpee Jumping Pull-up x 50

Level 2

For time (ideally the bar is 1′ above reach):

  • Burpee Pull-up x 100

    1. 60# thrusters. Nice to look back and see how far you’ve come when you have those off days!

      1. I was doing 55#!!! This was actually my very first real wod ever (after my intro wod and foundations classes). Talk about intimidation!
