Tuesday Workout: Deadlifts and Handstands plus a Triplet

Open gym for CrossFitters at the Classics Gymnastics Center on 29 North at 8:30 PM every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month. A group of us will carpool from the gym at 8 PM. Cost is $5 per session.

5 rounds for load and quality, not time:

  • Deadlift x 5 @ 75%
  • Handstand Practice (chest-to-wall, back-to-wall, freestanding, walking, one-arm)

WOD

Level 1

2 rounds for time:

  • “Russian” KB Swing (35/20#) x 10
  • V-up x 15
  • Air Squat x 20

Level 2

3 rounds for time:

  • “American” KB Swing (70/53#) x 10
  • Toes-to-Bar x 15
  • Air Squat x 20
