Every Thursday in February at 8 PM (starting tonight) we will host a Gymnastics Basics class taught by Taylor and Tiffany! Free for members, $5 for guests.

- Front / Back Lever Progressions (Tuck, Half-Tuck, Straddle, 1-leg, Full)
WOD 2 – WB / HSPU / Run – “Yay for the little guys”
AMRAP in 9 minutes of:
- 15 Wall Ball (RX: 20/14# to 10’, Scaled: 9’)
- 10 HSPU (Female RX and Men Scaled: 5 HSPU; Female Scaled: 10 Burpees)
- Run 100 m (to basketball hoop and back)
