Today we are hosting a mock meet for those interested in participating. Come at noon, give us your 3 attempts for snatch and clean & jerk, and we will have you lifting as if at a meet. If you make your 3rd attempt, we’ll allow you the chance to PR with a 4th! Wear a singlet if you have one 😀
[if you just want to come in and lift, however, you can always just do that, too]

Sn: 72, 76 (PR +1kg), 80, big time miss, lost focus
C&J: 86 (press out), 90 pressout (old pr), 94 missed clean, not sure why 🙁
Snatch: up to 36kg, missed at 39kg
C&J: got 50kg, missed 52
Front squat: 72kg (PR)
Snatch: 40 kg, 45 kg and 47 kg iffy (lockout issues)
CJ: 45, 47, 50 kg (all lifts with lockout issues)
Front squat: worked with bar, then 65#.
