CrossFit Games Open WOD 12.4

AMRAP in 12 minutes of:

  • Wall Ball (20 to 10′/14 to 9′) x 150
  • Double-Under x 90
  • Muscle-up x 30

    WOD: level 2; got through the wall balls and the first 64 double unders. Rough.
