Strict Standing Press for 5 sets of 5 @ 75% of last week’s 1RM

WOD

Level 1

AMRAP in 12 minutes of:

  • Run 200 m
  • Max Rep Push-ups Unbroken

Level 2

AMRAP in 15 minutes of:

  • Run 400 m
  • Max Rep Handstand Push-ups Unbroken

  2. Lvl1: 5 rds @200 m (Box HSPU w parallets 20/20/10/10/10)

    1. Press: 5 rounds of 5 @ 75#

  3. Press- 55, 60, 65, 65
    WOD-4 or 5 rds w/ 77 or 87 pushups plus one handstand pushup each round

      1. 400 meters

  4. Press-95
    WOD- 15 min, regular push-ups, 400 m run. 5 rds-130 push-ups

  5. 125
    6 runs and 47 hspu

  6. no SP (back and shoulder not happy today)
    WOD:
    15 mins, 400m run, regular push ups
    4 rounds – 26/26/20/20
    and then took off for the 5th run with :45 left

  7. SP: 100
    WOD: 4 rds in 14 min. 44 HSPU.

  8. Press – 95#
    WOD – 5 rds. 30 HSPU (1 Abmat)
    Feels awesome to be back after almost 2 months off.

    WOD: 6 runs, 58 push ups (finished last run at about 15:30 I think)

    WOD: 4 rounds + 400 run, box w/parallettes for hspu

  15. SP: 75#
    WOD: 7 rows (400m), 48 hspu w/ feet on box
