  1. 3-pos. Snatch: 45kg
    Snatch grip press: 30, 35, 35,37,37kg

  2. Worked with bar for 3-pos snatch. Tried to do 2 OHS for each rep.
    Snatch grip press: bar for sets 1,2,3, then 65 for sets 4 and 5.
