Deadlift 4 sets of 4 @ 80% of your 1RM from 1/28/13

WOD

Level 1

3 rounds, each 2 minutes long:

  • “Russian” KB Swing (35/20) x 10
  • V-up x 10
  • Row max Calories

Rest 2 minutes in between rounds.

Level 2

5 rounds, each 2 minutes long:

  • “American” KB Swing (70/53) x 10
  • Toes-to-Bar x 10
  • Row max Calories

Rest 2 minutes in between rounds.
