  • circuit: prone hamstring curls (3 sets to near failure) and inbetweeen sets, accumulate a total of two minutes in L-hang

  2. so I got a PR in honor of Dmitry…broke into the 3 digits of Cleans! 101#

  3. 3 position clean: 75#
    Back squat: 80#

  4. Cleans: 135#
    Back Squat: 135#

  5. Clean: 115# form was all over the map
    BS: 155 (2 sets, second focused on controlled descent).
