    Pull up: 12kg (pr I think…)
    TGU: 20kg barbell

  2. PP: 35kg
    Pullup: 45lb, PR
    TGU: 65lb, fail on left arm

  3. PP: 40 kg
    PU: 32 #
    TGU: 25# (tough to maintain external rotation and full arm extension, especially on left side)

  4. PP: 60kg
    Pull up: 90#
    TGU: 45#, Failed on second at 65#

  5. pp 40kg
    pu 50#
    tgu 45#
