Build to a heavy single Snatch, attempting a PR if able.

CrossFit Games Open WOD 12.2

Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

  • 30 Snatch (M 75 / F 45 lbs, Scaled M 45 / F 35 lbs)
  • 30 Snatch (M 135 / F 75 lbs, Scaled M 75 / F 55 lbs)
  • 30 Snatch (M 165 / F 100 lbs, Scaled M 100 / F 75 lbs)
  • Max Rep Snatch (M 210 / F 120 lbs, Scaled M 120 / F 90 lbs)

  • Today is a great opportunity to focus on and improve your snatch technique.
  • Please be mindful of bad technique and scale the weights appropriately!

    WOD: 63 (Scaled/Level 1, except final 3 reps were @ 65#),

    same as last year, but did the 75’s in sets of 5 (last year did sets of 3) and had way more time at the end. first time snatching this heavy on the wrist… feels okkaayyyy, but not great.

    WOD: 75, 115, 135 completed 62 reps in the 10min. rest for 5 min. then finished the 28 reps at 135#

    WOD: 70 (65#x30, 85#x30, 95#x10)

  18. Snatch: up to 140# (probably pr)
    WOD: Around 45 @ 75# and 115#

  19. Snatch: 125
    WOD: 65, 95, 11 @ 115
    (should have changed technique earlier.)
