Handstand Walks (holds on wall, kick up on mat, walk on mat, turns, etc.)
Deadlift 3 sets of 3 @ 85%
Each minute on the minute:
- On the 1st minute, do 2 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20″).
- On the 2nd minute, do 4 Burpee Box Jumps.
- On the 3rd minute, do 6 Burpee Box Jumps.
- … Proceed until you run out of time in the minute.
Couch Stretch for 2 minutes per leg.

HS:Did these beautifully in my dreams two nights ago, couldn’t wait to come in today to see what happens. Couldn’t do them but I can visualize it and believe it won’t be long now. (Now I’m dreaming CrossFit, how bad is that?)

I had a naked CrossFit dream, so… yeah. However, naked dreams don’t bug me, and neither did this one.

WOD- didn’t want to jump on sore knee so I did 95# thrusters instead since I stink at them. 5+11. Totally quit so I didn’t have to do another round.
DL – 3 x 222 #
WOD – 6 rounds + 9 extra – had a very hard time getting a consistent rythmn, but made it through with some awkward-looking jumps.
